WIN and SUPPORT in the Lloydminster Community 50/50!

The Lloydminster Community 50/50 Cash Lottery monthly draws will be held at Suite #116 4910-50^th street, Lloydminster, SK.  Monthly draws will be held, the last Friday of each month at 12pm.  In the event the draw date falls on a Statutory holiday, the Draw will be held at 12pm the previous day, as outlined in the below chart.  Ticket sales will begin Thursday July 1^st  @ 12:01am, 2021 and the first draw will be held on Friday July 30th, 2021 @ 12PM.  

Only tickets purchased before 1159 PM on each of the Lloydminster Community 50/50 Cash Lottery cutoff dates will be eligible for that draw.

An early-bird cash prize draw of $1000.00 will be held on the 15^th of each month at 12pm.  Only tickets purchased before 1159pm on the day previous will be eligible to win the early-bird prize.  Early bird draw dates outlined in the table below.  

The winning raffle name , for all draws, shall be determined from the pool of sold raffle tickets.

RULES OF PLAY:

1. Must be 18+ years of age
2. Staff and board of the following organizations are not eligible to win: Lloydminster Region Health Foundation, The Olive tree, Lloydminster Rescue Squad, and Border City Connects
3. Participants must purchase a new ticket for each draw.  Only tickets purchased for each draw are eligible to win.
4. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.  Please advise our office of any changes.
5. Winners are required to provide photo ID to claim their prize.
6. The Value of the prize will depend on the total number of tickets issued.  Total retail value of all prizes is equal to 50% of total ticket value sold (after lottery expenses) to a maximum of $950,000.00 .  Draw dates and purchase cut-off dates are posted on our website at www.lloyd5050.ca
7. Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Saskatchewan and within the city of Lloydminster.  
8. Tickets will be sold at 1 for $10 (max of 120,000 sold) , a set of 20 for $20 (max of 500,000 sold),  a set of 150 for $50 (max of 600,000 sold)
9. Prizes must be accepted as awarded-no substitutes unless otherwise stated.  All winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize.
10. If a winner cannot be located after a period of one year from the draw date, the prize or cash equivalent value will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority
11. In the event of a winning ticket stub having more than one name, the licensee shall award the prize to the first individual identified on the ticket.  The licensee and Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority are not responsible for resolving any disputes which may arise between different individuals whose names appear on the ticket.
12. If any ticket has been purchased and entered in a draw, no refund will be issued after the draw has taken place.
13. Tickets may be purchased through the following channels: www.lloyd5050.ca or via potable electronic handheld device.
14. The lottery will be promoted through the Lloydminster Community 5050 lottery website, facebook pages, posters, radio, newspaper, email announcements and social media.
